I am thrilled you made it here.
Though you may feel hesitant and uncertain, I hope you know also that you are brave and wise to be seeking help.
As a child my dad guided me in recognizing my gift for connecting and letting other feel safe to be themselves. Now as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am grateful to have made a career out of my purpose in life.
I want to help you understand yourself and make the changes you need to achieve a fulfilled life. Watching you transform your hidden fears and pain into powerful growth motivates me to continue learning. I continuously expand the depth of tools I can use to guide clients through this process.
Why NewVu? My Story…
Life has taught me that every experience led me to exactly where I am today with NewVu. Through confronting memories of childhood abuse and tackling depression, anger, substance abuse, and unhealthy relationship patterns, I have found healing and true love. As a result, I work with people like you who want to overcome your obstacles by facing the past that keeps you feeling alone, misunderstood, and helpless to change things.
I now have the privilege of guiding some inspirational young adults and children in finding the same freedom to achieve a fulfilled life by creating authentic, connected relationships.
Outside The Office
To me, nothing is more important than relationships and giving by living your purpose. When I’m not in the office I love a little healthy cooking, yoga, camping, traveling, and being with my family and friends. I also enjoy creating pottery on the wheel and exploring my favorite neighborhoods and cities (especially Delray Beach and Fort Lauderdale) on long walks.
I graduated from Nova Southeastern University, am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and continue my education to expand the ways in which I serve you.
